How it works

Four steps, from product data to a tracked outcome. This is how the platform is designed to work; it is in development and not yet in service.

  1. Set up the product file

    Record the product, its identifiers and the documents you already hold. Each document is versioned and hashed when it is added.

  2. Prepare the case

    Assemble the evidence the authority expects, check what is missing, and freeze a revision when the file is complete.

  3. Submit through the official channel

    Submission happens with the authority, through its own channels, by your team or an assigned consultant. CHERTREG records who submitted what, when, with evidence.

  4. Track the official outcome

    The authority’s decision is recorded as it was issued, with its source and date. CHERTREG never sets an official status itself.

What CHERTREG is, stated plainly.

  • In development.

    CHERTREG is not yet in service and has no customers today.

  • No authority integration is claimed.

    CHERTREG does not connect to the SFDA or any government system. Submissions and decisions always happen with the authority, through its own channels.

  • Ready is not approved.

    Product readiness, case progress, official status and consultant engagement are tracked as separate states and never merged.

  • Evidence, not assertions.

    Case records are designed to carry versioned documents, hashes, sign-offs and sources, so every statement can be traced.

  • Private credentials, stated plainly.

    CHERT certificates for consultants are private CHERT credentials — not a government accreditation or SFDA authorization.

  • Arabic and English from one codebase.

    Both languages are first-class, and identifiers stay legible in either direction.
